This place is absolutely delicious and authentic! We tried three tacos—steak, chicken, and pastor—and each one was packed with flavor. My son ordered the steak burrito, and the toppings were spot on. The medium salsa and avocado sauce were fantastic—seriously, so good! Highly recommend!

It was one of the best experiences I've ever had in the taco truck industry. Without this taco truck, I don't think my taste buds would be as blessed as they are right now! Amazing

There’s a reason this place hasn’t received anything but a 5-star review! If you are looking for authentic Mexican tacos, this is a great spot to check out. It’s a food stand, so it’s just grab and to, or eat right there standing. The owners are great and super friendly. The carne asada and tacos de pollo were delicious. Definitely a good spot for lunch if you work downtown!

Didn’t know what best to order since it was my first time at a mexican food truck. The Chef started chatting to me and helped me decide what would be best for my extent of hunger and he was super friendly. Ended up getting the Burrito and it was sooo delicious!

Delightful food from the Tacos El Potosino food cart outside the federal building at 100 South State St. We ordered tacos Asada with all the typical Mexican fixings and it was prepared right away. Great place for a midday snack and will definitely eat there again.

Love this place and have gone nearly every day for lunch the last couple years. They have the best "amount of food to cost" ratio downtown and it is fresh/clean (no fast-food feeling after eating it). The service is great, always very friendly and kind, which provides a good atmosphere while ordering and waiting. Although there can be long lines (summer construction workers) they move through quickly, I've rarely waited more than 5 minutes when first stepping in the line to having my food in hand. Their summer drinks (traditional, natural fruit based) are awesome (I recommend watermelon) and nothing is better than their champurrado in the winter (an office favorite).

We hired Tacos el Potosino for our wedding welcome party at our neighborhood park and they did such a wonderful job. Everyone said the food was delicious and they served 130 of our friends without any issues. I loved that they had a cart rather than a truck because they could pull it up onto the plaza and be closer to the party. 10/10 would recommend hiring them for any events you might have.
